How to report to SIAC?

n the event of the death of a pet, the owner has a 15-day period to inform SIAC.

How to do:

• All owners with a digital mobile key or card reader can access SIAC TITULARES and directly register the death of their animal(s).
• Or, you can register by filling out the form available below. This form requires subsequent confirmation by SIAC services. Once validated, proof of death registration is sent.

Attention: If the form displays the following message: “Transponder is not valid.” you should check whether the number entered is correct (15 numeric digits) or contact SIAC Services.
